  • The Happy Face Professional Photography has limited delivery areas only. If your address is not found to be in our delivery area, but should be, please contact us. However, whether or not your address is included as part of our delivery areas is subject to The Happy Face Creative Imaging’s absolute discretion.
  • Mode of payment on our Website is Online Bank Transfer.
  • Online Coupons are not redeemable for cash.
  • Free Delivery for purchase above RM100, normal delivery chargeable at RM 8.
  • All online payments are subject to the Rounding Mechanism implemented by Bank Negara Malaysia.



Return & Exchange policy

Can I do an exchange if the photo size is not what I want?
No, you can’t exchange your photo if you have ordered the wrong size. as all photo are made to order. Please make sure the size is correct before you made an order.

Can i ask for refund after payment is made?
We apologize that after payment is made, the photo will be print and processed accordingly, hence no refund after payment made.

I have received a defective photo during transportation, what should I do?
We apologize if we had sent you a defective photo during transportation. Please drop an email at info@thehappyface.com.my with a snapshot of the defective item that you received within 7 working days after you have received the parcel. we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will do an one to one exchange to you and return postage fee will be bear by us.
